Azariah believes in not just breaking into the creative industry, but also retaining your role within it. From her own experiences as a Black woman in the industry, Azariah shares her top tips for achieving retention, and avoiding the various pitfalls of the industry, as well as her best practices for understanding the work environments in which you best function, and are most productive.
